Well in the past I have done all four, and it was a real pain trying to keep abreast of my mail.  I was often late in settling bills, just because they had arrived at the office, or the house, or the cottage and had become overdue before they came to my notice?  I once returned to my holiday cottage to find the Gas Company had cut off the gas.  Inside the front door was a pile of mail, including bills for gas, which I erroneously thought were being paid by direct debit.

Now you can choose between 'My PO's' excellent Manager Service, which will receive and redirect your mail on a world wide bases, and the completely unique Executive Service which guarantees no matter where you are in the world, as long as can access the internet or log on to a satelite service, you will be able to read all your redirected mail within fours hours of it being delivered to us. 

We offer the convenience of two types of mail forwarding.  The Manager Service receives your mail at our prestigious rural address and forwards it on to you; at what ever address you have listed in your mail-page, at the time intervals you have requested (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).  

As your mail is received by us, it is showed as mail received in your 'My PO' mail-page.  You can view, access and edit your secure 'My PO' mail-page using your account password, from any internet access point in the world.  Our mail out system always goes to your mail-page to pick up your address.  So any address changes you make are effective immediately.

Our Executive Service ensures that you can read your mail the day we receive it.  When your mail arrives here, it is opened and scanned into your 'My PO' mail-pages, and an email is sent to you, informing you, that you have mail to read.  You then access your secure mail-pages and read your mail.  The original mail is retained for twenty eight days then incinerated, unless you have instructed us differently.    

Confidentiality and security are extremely important to use.  Confidentiality is assured by using staff of known repute, who have signed an enforceable confidentiality agreement.  Physical security is assured by our remote location and secure premises.  Electronic security is ensured by using servers that are securely located in North America and use bank standards of encryption.
